Problem

Das Unternehmen Sasyaka Engineering hat für einen Kunden ein Bildverarbeitungssystem gebaut, das im Rahmen einer Förderanwendung im medizinischen Verpackungsbereich zum Einsatz kommt. Die Verpackungsmaschine kann somit eine visuelle Überprüfung der Produkte mit Hilfe von hochauflösenden Kameras und einem Kontrollsystem vornehmen.
An zwei verschiedenen Stellen suchte der Hersteller nach geeigneten Lagerkomponenten. Zunächst suchte man nach einer Lagerlösung im Fördersystem, das zum Weitertransport der Paletten gedacht ist und eine komplexe 180°-Drehung durchführt. 
Daneben sollten die Beleuchtungen und Kameras, die im Rahmen des Bildverarbeitungssystems zur Anwendung kommen, ebenfalls zur flexiblen Positionierung mit Lagerstellen versehen werden. Herausforderung war hier die hohe benötigte Präzisions, da bereits ein Spiel von 0,5 mm einen großen Effekt auf die Funktion des Systems hätte.
Da es sich um eine Anlage zur Verpackung pharmazeutischer Produkte handelt, durften auch keine Schmiermittel und korrosiven Materialien in den Lagerstellen zum Einsatz kommen.

Lösung

Today, drylin and iglidur bearings are used in the conveyor system. For the conveyor system, the machine manufacturer opted for the drylin N flat guide rail on which the pallets are transported fluidly, smoothly and completely lubricant-free on a drylin N linear carriage.
The camera and lighting system is also completely lubricant-free. This is guaranteed by drylin products; more precisely, severaldrylin SLW linear units with lead screw drive enable smooth and precise adjustment at six different stations along the conveyor belt.
