The flatbed semi-trailer of this heavy-duty transporter can be extended to a length of 62m. Customised vehicle energy chains of the proven E4.1 series are used in order to ensure that the electrical, brake and hydraulic cables can roll safely in the inner tubes. They are exposed to very strong push and pull forces which they have to endure continuously when the vehicle pulls out.
The platform lift of this ambulance is exposed to moisture, friction and constant load. For this reason MBB Palfinger relies on our cost-effective and wear-resistant polymer plain bearings for its platform lifts. Incorporated dry lubricants eliminate the need for additional lubrication oil. It was very important that the plain bearings fit into the existing housings of the structure.

They permanently ensure the longevity of sweepers, which are used daily in towns and communities or on construction sites, in steel mills or for cleaning runways.
These dump trucks reliably empty their cargo. iglidur plain bearings used instead of bronze bearings in the truck tilting mechanism ensure reliability. The bronze bearings were constantly clogged with dirt and dust or required regular maintenance and greasing. The iglidur plain bearings, on the other hand, require no lubricant or maintenance and are resistant to dirt and dust.
iglidur H plain bearings are resistant to media, pressure and wear and can, for example, also be used in the brake calliper bearings of lorries. They are made entirely of high-performance polymers and are therefore corrosion-resistant and self-lubricating, which reduces the maintenance cost enormously. Their price/performance ratio makes them unbeatable.
With drylin W linear guides, seats in the driver's cab can be easily and silently adapted to the individual needs of the driver. The movement takes place through polymer liners with incorporated dry lubricants on aluminium rails, so that no additional lubricants are needed. This makes drylin linear guides dirt-resistant, corrosion-free and clean.
Our E2 energy chain bracket is ideal for guiding and protecting hydraulic cables on the supports. The special inner contour of this e-chain protects the hydraulic hoses and thus ensures a long service life. Due to the high stability and low bend radius of the E2 energy chain, unsupported lengths and small installation spaces are no problem.
