That's how we deliver so quickly

At igus, everything comes from one source, both production and harnessing. We manufacture our products ourselves on an area of 110,000m², from bearing technology to cables to energy supply. We use 857 injection-moulding machines to manufacture our energy chains and plain and linear bearings. Harnessing takes place at our headquarters in Cologne and, depending on the product category, also at our subsidiaries. This is why we can also realise fast delivery times for cables harnessed with connectors or for energy chains fitted with cables.

iform - we build injection-moulding tools ourselves

We build our injection-moulding tools in our own iform tool shop. Development, production, sampling - we are responsible for all stages of tool technology. And short distances require less time. Depending on the order volume, a tool can also be produced within short time as print2mold via 3D printing from our proven high-performance polymers. We can also carry out quick tool repairs and maintenance, thus ensuring the availability of our products.

If time is getting short: FastLine provides you with injection-moulded plain bearings and thrust washers in no more than seven days.
