Advice regarding the method of fabrication

In our own tool making section, we have many different Rapid Prototyping ways of quickly producing new moulds and tools. We can therefore test even complex drawing parts with prototypes in use before any large quantities are produced.

The same Rapid Tooling options that we have also make it possible for us to produce small series of plastic parts quickly at any time.

Manufacturing with the injection moulding method

igus possesses injection-moulding know-how, accumulated over a period of more than 55 years, regarding the production of technical plastic parts of the highest quality. In addition to making its own tools for plastic injection moulding, igus develops plastics that are optimised for movement. We ensure a high degree of availability due to the large number of injection moulding machines.
