Series E61.62 - Chain, openable from both sides with crossbars every link

2. Quick assembly: Openable along the inner or outer radius
3. Low noise: Small pitch for quiet, smooth running
4. Dynamic: High speed and/or accelerations
5. Long service life: low vibration, high tensile strength
6. Minimal abrasion: No pin and bore connection
7. Modular design: Can be lengthened or shortened as required

Inner width Bi: 50 to 400 mm
Bend radii R: 115 to 350 mm

Series E61.62 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications and gliding applications are also possible in special cases. Please contact us.

When to use Series E61.62

When an extremely quiet, low vibration e-chain® with an inner height 52 mm is required.
For very high speed and/or acceleration
Inner width up to 400 mm
For unsupported lengths up to 8 m and fill weights up to 11 kg/m
When you need an optimised ratio of inner to outer dimensions with thinner outer links and optimised opening crossbar geometry
For high push pull forces
For small bend radii
For minimal abrasion, e.g. clean room

With only limited suitability for side-mounted applications

Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability.

E6.62.2 Faster installation of cables
Secure seating on one side with wide base, other side narrow for easy installation of cables.

E6.62.5 Locks in securely in preset increments
The locking separator for the opening crossbar can be positioned exactly. Recommended for side-mounted applications.

3200.x Horizontal division
Locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as a partial shelf for separation on 3 levels.
