The smaller the installation space, the smaller the components have to be. Here, the weight of individual machine elements can also play an important part in the machine's or automaton's performance. With miniature drylin linear modules, igus offers a wide range of products with extremely small, especially light and quiet linear modules and linear axes. Here, special attention is paid to a robust construction of the miniature linear axes. To provide an ideal solution for most application areas, igus offers miniature linear modules with lead screw drive or toothed belt drive. Here, the drives can be carried out both manually and with a motor.

Our highlight among the "minis"

SLW-0620 linear module for the smallest installation spaces

Our latest miniature linear module is the SLW-0620. It consists, among other things, of our tried-and-tested torsion-resistant drylin® W double rail WS-06-20. In this case, however, drylin® W not only stands for the product shape, but also for "world of miniature". The powerful midget impresses with a width of 32mm and an overall height of just 20mm. For manual and electrical adjustment, you can order suitable controls or ready-to-connect drylin® E electric motors in our online shop.

Lead screw stepper motors

For a motorised low-profile linear module lead screw drive, igus offers powerful lead screw stepper motors. They are available in various installation sizes and can be ordered with or without an encoder. The combination with a dryspin® lead screw guarantees precise centring and a long service life of the low-profile linear module.
 

Small linear guides

Whether narrow or flat, the drylin® miniature and low-profile guide systems were specifically developed to enable precise movements and positioning in small machines, vending machines and devices. Each linear system slides without lubrication or maintenance, ensures absolute silence and remains completely clean.
