Go to application

The automation solution takes over simple and very often repeated activities, such as placing pieces of dough on a conveyor belt in this case. Important here is the compatibility with food, but also the resistance to flour dust or other external influences. The system is also characterised by easy integration into the production process.

The problem

In the bakery industry in particular, there is pronounced cost pressure in connection with the challenge of recruiting employees for this industry.
Automation can be part of the solution here. Cost-effective and simple robotic solutions support the bakeries in the production of their goods and at the same time ensure a sufficiently economical overall situation.

The solution

This solution saves unnecessary costs and at the same time ensures consistent product quality. The solution consists of a linear robot in combination with a lifting/suction unit. Since the components are lubrication-free, FDA-compliant handling of the dough products can be achieved.
