LED bulbs production with cobots

The difficulties for the designers of the systems were

• Very small radius of movement
• System size should not be significantly increased by the structure
• When moving the cobot without energy supply, the cables were bent too strongly and unpredictably.
• The maintenance options were limited
• The cobot could not utilise its full movement potential without a defined energy supply.

• No line problems, as these are protected by undefined.
• Increased stability of the entire system
• The cobots move much more evenly across the entire working area
• Line protection in the event of contact between the cobots due to incorrect programming is avoided.
