Simply upload your CAD model and the tool will analyse your component using artificial intelligence and compare it with the igus product range. If there is a match, suitable standard solutions are suggested from which you can select the best option for your application.

If no igus standard product can be found, the new online tool calculates the production of your individual component using 3D printing, injection moulding and now also CNC service. You can see the price and delivery time immediately and use filters to find the most suitable materials for you from over 60 motion plastics products. This makes it easy for you to design your application in a lubrication-free way and order or enquire about the solution online - with no minimum order quantity.

How to use the new online service

1. Navigate to the igus homepage

2. Click on the CAD icon next to the search field

3. Upload a CAD model of your component in the upload window

4. If required, select the recommended product from the available catalogue parts or select one of the manufacturing processes offered for the individual production of the component.

5. If there is no match between your CAD model and our catalogue range, the tribo-parts service shows the material range for the individual production of your component.

6. Use the filter function to find the right material for your application.
