Sliding bushes

Sliding bushes are cylindrical components that are used to reduce friction between moving components and protect them from wear.

iglidur® Sliding bushes are made of plastic specially developed for this application and their design ensures mechanical stability and the lowest coefficient of friction - without any additional lubrication. The various iglidur® materials are suitable for a wide range of applications, whether in dirt and dust, under water or aggressive chemicals.

iglidur® Bushings are available in a wide range of standard dimensions from stock. Other dimensions and shapes can be manufactured from iglidur® bar stock using injection moulding or machining according to your specifications.
