Use of the CF886 and 896 in practice
Various requirements are placed on machine tools. Among other things, the required durability must be met, but the economic efficiency of each system is also important. With these aspects in mind, it is always important to consider which cable quality is appropriate for which application. A laser cutting system is not affected by oil or similar chemicals, so it is crucial that the drive cables are as flexible as possible and well protected against dust and swarf. The CF886 is suitable for this environment thanks to its abrasion-resistant PVC outer jacket. If oil is involved, for example in a machining centre, then the iguPUR outer jacket of the CF896 is the cost-effective alternative to classic PUR cables.

Using the CF886 in practice
Sawing, milling, edging, gluing: there are many motors in the wood industry that need to be moved - not least due to the ever-increasing automation of processes. These applications may look simple at first glance, but here too, process reliability and freedom from maintenance are extremely important. The CF886 is ideal for the conditions in factory halls. Thanks to its good abrasion properties, the PVC outer jacket has no problems with dust or swarf and the shielding of the cable means that adjacent data or control cables are not affected. As such systems are used worldwide, they not only require a reliable service life, but often also UL approval.

Use of the CF30 in practice
Cramped spaces, cleaning agents, dirt and lots of strokes - all this can be found in a car wash. The CF30 is designed for such requirements and is also suitable for applications from +5 to +70°C thanks to the PVC outer jacket. The cable is oil-resistant and flame-retardant; it also has good sliding properties and can realise travel distances of up to 100m. It is important for the international market that this cable has UL certification.

Use of the CF270.UL.D in real life
Process automation in the automotive industry saves time and money. Automation technology is essential in the production line, where it requires a great deal of drive technology with motors and converters. From structural work to the paint shop to final assembly, systems are in different environments and come into contact with different materials. All these areas require motor cables that meet the strict requirements of the automotive industry.

Use of the CF35.UL in practice
Waste recycling plants are not a clean place; high temperatures, dirt and usually long distances can be a problem for cables. Especially under the extreme conditions that prevail in waste management, however, it is important to have fail-safe systems. The CF35.UL is made for this. Whether extremely high humidity in a composting plant or the dust and dirt of thermal utilisation. Thanks to the TPE outer jacket, the cable is made for temperature ranges from -35 to +90°C and is not even affected by bio-oils. Long travels of up to 400 metres are just as little a problem as tight installation spaces or UV radiation in an outdoor system. As such solutions are of course used worldwide, the UL approval is also worth mentioning here.

Use of the CF38 in practice
Cable failures are certainly never desirable. However, a cable failure in crane and trolley travels is unthinkable. Reliability and maximum safety are required here. The motor cables used are therefore exposed to major challenges. Temperatures of -40°C to +80°C are not uncommon. In addition, there are usually long travels and therefore high loads due to continuous use and dust. The motor cable used must withstand all these conditions.

Use of the CFROBOT7 in practice
The aim of the test was to determine the service life of the twistable motor cable of the CFROBOT7 robot cable family. The CFROBOT7 is required to reliably withstand continuous movement, such as in a robot with a torsion of +/-180° as it is found in the automotive industry.
In these applications, it is often the case that the robots are permanently in motion and the cables are therefore constantly exposed to this torsion. Thanks to an enclosed overall shield and the robust PUR outer jacket, this cable is ideal for movements in the 3D range.
