e-spool® shore power - the slip ring-free cable feed system

No slip ring ... low maintenance ... easy to inspect
The e-spool® shore power is a motorised cable drum for unwinding 1-4 cables suitable for use in high or low voltage shore power connections. The rotary movement of the e-spool® is realised with a twisterchain® module instead of a slip ring to enable a continuous cable run in the entire system. This module accommodates up to 10 turns of the cable drum, and the single-core cables (power, control system, fibre optic) are routed without interruption from the control cabinet to a certified junction box inside the e-spool®.
The system is preferably installed in a container in order to withstand demanding weather conditions and vibrations.
