We offer a manufacturer's guarantee of up to 4 years on all our motion plastics products with an igus service life calculation. The guarantee service gives customers confidence that they will be able to design their individual applications exactly right and always choose the most cost-effective product that works reliably.

Guarantee conditions and scope

igus GmbH grants purchasers of motion plastics products with an igus service life calculation a guarantee of up to 4 years from delivery. This applies to the calculated number of double strokes or service hours according to the igus online service life calculator. With this guarantee, igus offers free replacement within the indicated guarantee period from the date of handover (delivery ex works).

The following guarantee conditions apply

1. The guarantee is valid for the number of double strokes or service hours calculated by igus according to the online service life calculator, but for a maximum of 4 years after delivery, whichever occurs first, on presentation of the guarantee certificate:

8. There is no claim to reimbursement in money, but only to replacement of the damaged components.

9. igus GmbH has sole discretion to determine whether and to what extent a guarantee claim is valid.

10. Double stroke refers to a complete sequence of forward and return stroke of a linear movement.

11. The guarantee only applies if the products are stored properly in normal industrial environments before use.
