Rotary movements in a very small space - 20 times round its own axis. With the very compact igus twisterband, rotations can be achieved cost-effectively with low wear and very little maintenance, even in confined spaces, whereby energy, data and media can still be supplied reliably.

Special properties of the twisterband

Film hinge: easy access and fast filling with cables and hoses (TB20.44.18, TB30)

As a rule of thumb, the maximum rotation angle is: for each 180° hinge = 360° more rotation

A central shaft must be installed for horizontal orientation angles of rotation above 1,500°

igus twisterband: extremely small installation spaces, fits very closely around the rotary axis

Compact, modular and cost-effective - Horizontal: 7,000°* and more feasible, vertical up to 3,000° rotary movement in the smallest of spaces

Can be used in different installation positions: here, horizontal 7,000°* and more rotary movement in extremely small space. Limited length compensation possible
