Simplified e-skin® flat mounting bracket

Consistent strain relief for each layer

e-skin flat strain relief with cable carrier and cover profiles.

Extension of the flat cable e-skin® flat accessories:
Simplified strain relief in the mounting bracket. One-piece, continuous element for defined cable diameter ranges per layer. This reduces the number of components in the mounting bracket and enables quick assembly.

[NEU] Two new variable strain reliefs have been added to the e-skin flat series: SKFC.SR.V25 and SKFC.SR.V10. These new versions are flatter than the previous SKFC.SR.V50 and therefore offer more flexibility in the mounting bracket of the e-skin flat system. Installation of the mounting brackets is made easier by simply cutting them to the required width.

Tech up

Simplified ordering process for defined
assemblies for mounting brackets
More flexibility for all e-skin flat POD sizes

Cost down

Fewer parts in the mounting bracket and faster system assembly

Proof

Certified according to Fraunhofer IPA Cleanroom Class 1. Single-layer (Report IG 2102-1212) and three-layer (Report IG 2107-1242) design, each measured at v = 0.5m/s, a = 1m/s², v = 1m/s, a = 2m/s² and v = 2m/s, a = 4m/s²

Sustainability

Higher production yield due to particle reduction conserves resources

Cleanroom efficiency conveyor e-skin® flat

The flat cable guidance system e-skin® flat consists of individual cable chambers that can be joined together. One or more cables can be fitted into these chambers.
