Trade show machine with curved linear guides

• Requirements: The components had to be particularly light so as not to significantly increase the carrying weight. In addition, no greases or oils should contaminate trade show visitors who might come close to the structure in the hustle and bustle. In addition, assembly/disassembly should be intuitive and possible without instructions so that it can be set up quickly at the trade show.

• Summary: The linear guides used offer a high load capacity, are absolutely clean and maintenance-free and lubrication-free. They also have a long service life. The products from igus are extremely light for transporting the trade show machine thanks to the aluminium and plastic materials. The trade show machine ran for the entire HMI and has not broken down for a second so far.

It is difficult to develop a trade show machine that is easy to assemble on site, safe for trade show visitors, easy to transport and at the same time functional, clean and fail-safe.

Together with our trade show stand design team, however, we succeeded in doing this in a very short time thanks to the use of igus parts.

Whether for indoor or outdoor use, at high or low temperatures, in clean or dirty environments, the system works smoothly and is fail-safe. Assembly and disassembly is simple and easy. Users do not need to carry out any maintenance; once installed, it fulfils its tasks reliably, while assembled at the trade show or waiting in the warehouse for its next use.
