This system from Chinese machine manufacturer Jinzhou Huaxin Packaging Machinery Factory is a blister machine for the pharmaceutical sector. Various rotary and linear storage solutions are used in the different system stations, including in the cutting mechanism of the blister packs.
The storage components are subject to the high hygiene standards required by the pharmaceutical industry. In particular, this means that the storage technology must be completely lubricant-free. Especially in the area of the cutting station, which is located directly above the blister film, the bearings must function in dry operation. In addition, the bearings should require as little maintenance as possible.
