Grease-free pull-out feature

Simply rebuild the sleep box with pull-out sleeping surface for your camper
We have built a sleep box and completely dispensed with greased pull-outs, saving weight in the process.

Simple, practical and resistant to sand, dirt, dust and moisture. This is due to the drylin linear rails from igus, which are lubrication-free and insensitive to weather conditions.

Step 1:

Preparatory measures
We need a few tools in addition to the items in our parts list. These include: A cordless screwdriver, a jigsaw, router or CNC router and a grinding machine.

Step 2:

Sawing the pull-out sleeping tray to size
We bought the screen printing plates in the DIY store. They are made of birch and pine wood in the dimensions 1250x2500x15.

Step 3:

Installing the profiles and rails
Installing the profiles and linear rails is relatively straightforward. The rails do not require lubrication and run without lubrication. Fingers stay clean during assembly.

Step 4:

Inserting the boxes
We used the blocking bars from our screen printing plate to insert and assemble the boxes. This gives the box the necessary support.
