The process sequences in car body construction are fluid. If a machine part stops, the entire production line comes to a standstill. To protect the electrical and pneumatic cables and supply hoses of the robots from rotating movements and welding sparks, igus has developed the triflex energy chain. It easily copes with multi-axis movements, is easy to install or repair and simple to adapt.

• Our energy chains are also available as ready-harnessed systems e.g. dress pack, 7th axis
• After installation: regular inspection and maintenance of your energy chain and condition monitoring systems
• At the end of the life cycle, we take the energy chain back and recycle it
