e-rib | The reinforcement for corrugated tube systems

This solution was introduced back in 2015. The e-rib is clipped onto the corrugated hose. The sizes of the hose are independent for the use of the e-rib. The e-rib stabilises the corrugated hose so that it can only move in one spatial direction. Guide elements on the sides even give the corrugated hose a certain unsupported length.

• Easy to retrofit
• Independent of hose manufacturer
• Stability against unintentional lateral movement
• No detrimental change to the corrugated hose tightness
• 4 sizes for hose nominal widths NW23, NW29, NW36 and NW48
