Another new option for the SHT linear module kit. All long linear slides can be ordered with integrated slide clamping. Clamping on the slide is a frequently requested equipment feature. To protect against unintentional misalignment and to secure the linear carriage in place when using non-self-locking dryspin® steep threads.

Proof
- Clamping force depends on the tightening torque of the clamping lever. The creep behaviour of the clamped plastic causes a reduction in clamping force over time (up to 70%). Therefore no safety-relevant parts should be clamped.
