Flat corrosion-resistant stainless steel toothed belt axis
Hygienic and robust with low installation height
A new modular version in installation size 10 has been added to the drylin® series of toothed belt axes. The flat ZLW-10120 linear axis with a width of 120mm is made entirely of stainless steel and has an installation height of only 40mm. Based on the drylin® W stainless-steel profile guide, the linear carriage is driven by a neoprene toothed belts and ready for connection to drylin® E stepper, DC and EC/BLDC motors.
The linear axis is corrosion-free and ideal for contact with water and media as well as in environments that require intensive cleaning. The robust design with lubrication-free drylin® W linear plain bearings ensures a long service life and maintenance-free operation.

To offer a stainless-steel linear axis for slightly smaller installation spaces as well, igus® has developed the ZLW10 series. It can be supplied ready for connection to stepper or DC motors as an option, keeping installation costs to a minimum. The two individual rails make the linear axis significantly lighter.
