Small and lightweight cantilever axis for pick & place applications

The drylin cantilever axis was specially developed for pick & place applications with high dynamics and small loads. With this type of axis, the carriage and motor are fixed while the axis moves. A direct, dynamic power transmission (approx. 20-30% more power / speed) takes place via the plastic gear rack without the deflection and pretensioning of a toothed belt. The axis can therefore be operated with a small motor at low loads of up to approx. 1kg.
