igubal J3EM-SD - spherical insert bearing with seal for demanding environments
The igubal spherical insert bearing with integrated seal was developed specifically for applications in dirty and abrasive environments. The lubrication-free plastic alternative to classic UC insert bearings offers high wear resistance and reliable protection against the ingress of dirt particles.
The machined spherical insert bearing made of the high-performance plastic iglidur J3 is equipped with an iglidur A160 seal on one or both sides. The integrated sealing ring prevents dust, dirt and other abrasive particles from entering the moving contact area between bearing and shaft and significantly reduces wear.
