igubal REM and RKM - the low-cost versions with good abrasion resistance
The REM and RKM spherical balls of the E or K dimensional series manufactured by injection moulding are made of the low-cost material iglidur R. This tribologically optimised high-performance polymer is characterised by good wear resistance at room temperature and low coefficients of friction. The PTFE-free and silicone-free material is particularly cost-effective, achieves low coefficients of friction in dry operation, and runs largely without the stick-slip effect.
The solid lubricants contained in the material make regular maintenance unnecessary and protect the environment by replacing external lubrication over the entire service life. The spherical design enables movement in multiple directions, thereby offering high flexibility for dynamic applications.
