iglidur A350 knife edge roller | Endurance runner at higher temperatures in the food sector

iglidur A350 | Endurance runner at higher temperatures in the food sector

To realise the deflection of conveyor belts in conveyor technology, igus offers specially developed knife edge rollers. The iglidur solution is characterised by tight deflection radii and low required drive power. The iglidur A350 knife edge rollers are designed to be used for all loads occurring in the food and packaging industry. Even high loads are no problem and the bearings function reliably without additional lubrication.

• 100% lubrication-free
• Low drive power
• Tight belt deflection
• Long service life of the belt
• Long service life

Typical application areas:

• Beverage industry
• Food industry
• Medical technology

When to use it?

• When a lubrication-free deflection of conveyor belt is required
• When FDA compliance is required
• When a precise guiding is required
• When wear resistance and FDA are required for high loads
• When a cost-effective and lightweight solution is required
• When the bearing is used in acid environments

When not to use it?

• In constant high speed belt
• When high forces are applied on the belts
• When a static knife edge is required
