Cover with felt seal for iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearing, suitable for all sizes of the PRT-04 series

The felt seal and the ring cover were developed for applications in particularly harsh environments where high loads, dirt and dust also occur. It is a highly efficient seal that prevents dirt and dust from entering the interior of the PRT. Abrasion can contribute to additional contamination, especially in highly dynamic applications.

The felt seal allows for a longer service life, especially in harsh environments, e.g. in the agricultural, construction and mining industries.

iglidur® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for lubrication-free, dry operation. The design is not based on re-circulating components, but on maintenance-free sliding elements made of proven, tribologically optimised iglidur® materials in combination with rings made of lightweight anodised aluminium.
