iglidur® i2000, 3D printing resin

iglidur i2000 is an easy-to-process, tribologically optimized 3D printing resin. It offers high wear resistance without the addition of PTFE and is also PFAS-certified. Compared to standard engineering resins, it offers a 50% lower coefficient of friction and a service life that is 50 to 80 times longer. Ideal for precise, wear-resistant machine components in industries that are or may be affected by the EU’s PFAS regulations.

Since skin contact with the liquid resin must be avoided, personal protective equipment is absolutely necessary during application. For best results, be sure to shake the bottle of resin well before use.

Printing Guidelines and Material Profiles

When is another material more suitable?

• For the lowest coefficients of friction → iglidur i3000
• For gear manufacturing → iglidur i4000
• For food contact → iglidur i6000
