igumid® P150, 3D printing filament

igumid P150 is a strong and rigid 3D printing filament with fibre reinforcement. It was developed specifically as a material partner for iglidur i150 for the production of particularly strong and friction-optimised components in multi-material printing. Furthermore, it can be used for printing strong structural components. With its great strength and high degree of stiffness, igumid P150 is ideal for lightweight construction with low material requirements.

Because of the abrasive fibres, the used printer to process the filament should have a wear-resistant (for example hardened) nozzle and extruder pinion.

When is a different material more suitable?

• Higher strength and temperature resistance of up to 120°C → igumid P190

Flexural strength (printed flat): according to ISO 178
Coefficient of friction/wear resistance: according to DIN 50324; load: 10N; 0.5m/s, against 304 stainless steel
