igubal cast iron housing with spherical insert bearing – the alternative to UCFL bearings
The igubal two-hole flange bearing with cast iron housing and plastic spherical insert bearing offers an excellent alternative to traditional UCFL bearings. Changing the spherical insert bearing is particularly easy and fast – a simple 90° turn is sufficient to remove it via the back of the housing.
The solid lubricants integrated into the spherical insert bearing offer ecological and economic advantages, permanently replacing external lubrication and enabling maintenance-free dry operation. With its high stiffness and long durability, the flange mounted bearing ensures reliable performance even under extreme conditions.
The igubal two-hole flange bearing compensates for misalignment and edge loads extending the areas of applications and their service life. Its very low weight helps to reduce the overall load on the system and is also corrosion-free, making it ideal for use in demanding environments.
In addition, the flange mounted bearing offers excellent vibration damping and is insensitive to dirt and dust increasing its reliability and durability. These properties make the igubal two hole flange bearing an excellent choice for a wide range of applications and industries in which reliable and maintenance-free shaft bearings are required.
