Cable set for robots with 2 axes
This cable set consisting of motor, encoder & sensor cable is suitable for single axes, room linear robots, SCARA robots & 2-axis delta robots. This set enables the transmission of signals and data to the corresponding control system.

igus Robot Control allows for simple, intuitive robot programming and control, making it easy to get started with automation. The modular design makes it possible to control various igus® kinematics, such as linear or delta robots.
The free-of-charge, licence-free igus® Robot Control software is integrated into the control system and thus makes use of a uniform operating concept and consistent communication services for many components of a system. This reduces project planning effort and facilitates commissioning.
The igus® Robot Control is not a component of the part and can optionally be purchased from us. A master control system is not necessary.
If you want to use your own (robot) control system, that's no problem either.
Alternatively, it is also possible to operate each axis individually with a control system. For example, with our igus® D1 dryve motor control system. With this control architecture, you need one motor control system per linear axis or motor and an additional master control system which controls the coordination of the movement. The motor control systems are not part of the product and can be ordered from us as an option. igus does not offer a master control system at the moment.
