Fits like metal. igubal^® flange bearings made of high-performance polymers are the maintenance-free alternative to flange bearings with conventional sheet metal or cast housings – with identical mounting hole distances, but up to 80 % less weight. The integrated bearing inserts with dimensions according to DIN 626-1 compensate for misalignment and enable long-lasting, lubrication-free shaft support.

In addition to standard versions, we offer compact flange bearings with spherical bearings according to DIN ISO 12240 for space-constrained installations, as well as split housings that can be mounted directly onto the shaft – without disassembling surrounding components.

Typical areas of use include conveyor technology, packaging machinery, agricultural and farming equipment, as well as model building, marine applications, and lightweight construction in aerospace.
