Lubrication-free iglidur® bar stock enables you to freely design maintenance-free sliding elements and bearings of all kinds. The variety of iglidur® bearing materials guarantees the optimum bearing material with the best friction and wear values to the mating partner.
In addition to the bar stock for independent processing, we will also be happy to produce plain bearings, sliding elements and slide pads in all shapes and sizes. We can even provide urgent prototypes in a matter of days in line with an agreed deadline.

When to use it?
  • When no suitable size is available in the iglidur® catalogue range
  • When plastic bar stock with excellent wear and friction coefficients is required
  • When small quantities of iglidur® plain bearings in special dimensions are required
  • If high compressive strength is required
  • If high flexibility is required
When not to use it?
  • When a corresponding iglidur® standard catalogue bearing is available
  • When large quantities of iglidur® plain bearings in special dimensions are required
  • When no bar stock made from technical plastics is required and bar stock without any tribological properties is sufficient for the application
