The low-profile linear axis with toothed belt drive

Cost-effective, space-saving econ toothed belt axis: drylin ZLN-40

The ZLN combines the flat and lightweight design of the drylin® N linear guide with the dynamics of a toothed belt axis. The smart design based on standard components reduces assembly costs and ensures fast delivery. Stroke length as required, a direct connection to the motor and a lateral toothed belt allowing the unit to be compact and low profile characterise the toothed belt axis.

  • Low-profile design, 27mm height
  • Vertical load from 30N
  • With NEMA stepper motors and EC/BLDC direct current motors
  • Delivery from 48 to 72 hours after receipt of order
Areas of use: automatic vending machines, service robotics, automation

The correct motor alignment for the toothed belt axis

In our instructions you will find out which alignment of the electrical connections for e.g. for motor, encoder or brake connection, is best suited to the toothed belt axis.
We define the alignment in degrees (looking at the motor from behind).
