In 2017, we introduced the e-chain dispenser, a complete solution for a partially automated shore power supply system. It was a special project-specific solution that needed to be at least partially redesigned for each new port application.
Building on the shore power supply experience we had gathered over many projects, we undertook a redesign of the dispenser. The goal is to provide modular energy supply solutions for different shore applications for medium- and low-voltage connections. The e-dispenser module can be used flexibly in combination with various systems (e.g. cranes, structures, mobile transfer systems). The e-dispenser module is delivered as a ready-to-install plug-and-play solution: conveyor unit with triflex R energy chain, chainflex cables, connectors, junction box, harnessing – all tested and with a 36-month guarantee.
We thus offer a standard energy supply unit developed and designed as a complete system specifically for the on-site situation and the needs of the customer. The e-dispenser module also constitutes an interesting energy supply solution for other industrial areas, such as mechanical engineering, robotics and welding. In all cases, users benefit from standardised (and hence tried, tested, and cost-effective) energy supply components.
