Energy safely guided in high-speed injection moulding machine

Hekuma's high-performance automation systems for the plastics industry operate with cycle times every second. For the energy supply system of the grippers, this means that the first million strokes will be achieved after only four to six weeks - and that with heat, high acceleration and movement in two axes. This is where our chainflex cables and e-chains prove their worth.

Maintenance-free pivot arm mounted in joining station

The company Produtek Weiskopf has two adjacent injection-moulding machines in use, in which plastic parts are moulded from three components. The first two components are assembled by a pivot arm in a joining station. Maintenance-free flanged bearings made of the material iglidur G ensure that it moves smoothly in the long term.

Smooth-running cable guides for measuring systems on the extruder

Pre-assembled readychain energy chains are used in this series of measuring and control systems in blown film extrusion. The systems pay micrometre attention to uniform width and thickness of the produced films, which can be used, for example, in the food industry. By using the pre-assembled systems, the customer saves costs in the triple-digit range.
